AGI Stress is a definite trigger for twitching, and I actually have a new source of it as I was recently laid off. I also really think that it is true that most people are deficient in Mg in their diet. I was looking at a list of top 10 foods with Mg and of that list I currently only include 1.5 of those on a semi-regular basis. I should make an effort to add in more of the Mg-rich foods. I got lazy, and stopped taking the Mg supplements, but I should start it up again because I am noticing this week that the twitching in my calves is coming back, so 2-3 weeks sounds about right. I was also looking at a list of the 7 main types of the supplement, and when I am finished with what I have, I should try both Citrate and Malate versions for my muscles.
