Stumbled across this site whilst looking for TVs, and I'd appreciate feedback on my issues (I was getting worried I was the only one suffering this).
Monitors
Regardless of the monitor (CRT or LED), if the refresh rate is left at 60htz I can 'feel' it flickering, and within a minute my eyes start to hurt. If the refresh rate is set to 75htz or more, it is fine.
Televisions
Upgraded my old 32" LG TV to a 43" Sony Bravia 4K LED edge lighting TV, returned it after 4 hours due to intolerable eye strain.
Does any of this relate to anyone? Any idea of a medical cause, as it's still a mystery to me (and until now, I didn't know of anyone else suffering from it).
