Hi,

I am a 34 years old software developer.

I have been using 2013 MacBook Pro since years. In my work place I use a Dell laptop with TN monitor.

I use iPhone 7 Plus, iPad Air, LG Smart TV with no problem.

Last week I ordered 2019 MBP 16" and I was almost sure that screen would be perfect because I really do not have any problem with my screen since years.

I have used it for couple of hours and it caused me heavy headache. A big disappointment.

I returned a Dell IPS monitor before because of this issue but I did not expect to have it with an Apple product. I am considering to return it but I do not know what to buy after.

I am developing IOS applications so I need an Apple computer at the end of the day.

Thanks

alie Unfortunately, newer Macs (MacBooks, iMacs, Mac mini, etc) seem to cause consistent and annoying symptoms like headaches, eye strain, fogginess, etc for a segment of us. In my experience, it seems like Macs after 2015 are doing something different with the graphics that affects us. You may want to check out the M1 Macs, I've seen some people report success with them though since they're using different chips.
