In my extensive testing I have only found intel integrated graphics (hd520 and newer tested) to not use temporal dithering. I would recommend using intel integrated graphics if you have the option, should that not prove comfortable I would recommend trying different monitors.
An observation of my own problems that may help you: I find I have to match a monitor with a graphics card to obtain a comfortable set up. With a gtx 660 I can use a benq BL2405, with intel integrated I can use benq BL2211. I cannot swap monitor and graphics card without discomfort.
