Hello!
So I bought a dell xps 17 ( switching from the below HP Spectre) and noticed developing eye strain. I work on my laptop for 6 hours a day everyday and it was getting so bad i bought blue light glasses and used flux to try to combat it. It continued to get worse ( dry eye, light sensitivity ect) and I decided I would switch back to my old laptop, within hours my eye strain got much better and the next day it was incredibly back to normal.
Any ideas why the Dell would cause so much more eye strain vs the Spectre ?

I also bought another dell since it was OLED like my old laptop and had similar results of eye strain:

Laptop Similarities
Same resolution ( 3456 x 2160)
Same brightness : I placed the laptops right next to eachother
Same Screen type : OLED
Same 60hz
Both Latest Windows 11
Same Screen Scaling
Same way to adjust color ( removed all Dell color software),
PWM: My Spectre actually had more PVM ( black horiztonal lines moving faster)
Laptop Major Differences :
1650ti vs 3050ti - I also have used a 2070 laptop with no problems but these are my first 30 series laptops. and have the eye strain
Temporal Dithering: I am trying to do this but I get a dll error when I launch the program.
