Hello, I wrote another article for my blog, now detailing the last part of the eye exercises I did and am still doing. You can read it here - https://heteroforie.webnode.cz/l/eye-exercises-part-3-livesaver-card-and-flipper/
I am getting more questions from people about this as well as more info from my specialist, that more and more people come to him with this issue. I am also getting updates from other czech people that started visual therapy a bit later than me about how it really helps when done regularly and for a longer period of time. It doesnt get rid of the issue completely and everyones progress is different, but it helps to a degree that could be life/job saving in the long term.
I am thinking of setting up some way of affordable consulting (skype, zoom, phone calls) where I would help people who struggle with visual therapy or general navigation in this issue. Not as an optometrist, but as a more or less successful patient with insight. The last thing I want to do is make money on this as I know how desperate it can make anyone who happens to have it (me included), but I would also really like to help people get rid of the worst symptoms of this issue, and that means devoting proper time to it. Let me know if that would be something you could be interested in down the road.
I have more articles coming (about SSRIs and which can help in small and harmless doses, as tested by my friend and his neurologist), and also about optometric conferences I went to, where I told about this issue and served as a model patient for the new specialists to try and discover the problem on me. I will post here once I have time to write again. Best of luck!
