Any remedies for store/home/restaurant/outdoor lighting?

I am really struggling with indoor lighting lately, whether it be at the gym, at restaurants and even shopping centres. Has anyone found relief through any means? Its a real problem. I get headaches from just 1 hour indoors, when LED lighting is used.

Zazu I usually wear dark brown sunglasses when outdoors (they're clip-ons - I clip them to my dioptric glasses). They help a lot with the light sensitivity. Even when it's cloudy.

The other thing is that I take a bunch of supplements. They help tremendously both with screen strain and with general eyestrain so you can try them:

B-complex vitamins
Spinach 56g/day
Plenty of magnesium and potassium

logixoul Thanks for the reply. Do you ahve a brand name for the dark brown clip-ons? I am also really interested in the supplements that you or others are taking to mitigate the strain. I take Magnesium and B complex, but havent found they make a difference. Perhaps I need to do a test with supps and without.

Zazu Sorry, I don't have a brand name for my clip-ons. Any dark brown clip-ons should do, provided they have UV protection and polarization.

The supplements I take help me because my problem is rooted in chronic myalgia (muscle pain, all over my body). If your problem is different, the same supps may not help.
