Renaming "Health" wikipage (and forum tag)

Can we rename the "Health" wikipage to "Non-tech"? Here's some of what I'm planning to add there:

* eyepatching

* prisms (loose prisms and prism glasses)

Also, by analogy, can we rename the "Health" forum tag the same way?

logixoul Meh. I see this issue as two-sided regardless of how you label it.

1) Technical issues that may lead to this issue being triggered (PWM, dithering, LCD subpixel shenanigans, etc.)

2) Medical problems that may cause sensitivity to this issue (nystagmus, other eye damage, seizures, etc.)
