I went to an eye specialist who diagnosed me with Convergence Insufficiency and Heterophoria (exophoria). They explained that to get a plan for Vision Therapy, I need an orthoptist, and that this profession does not exist in our country (Bulgaria).
It would be very difficult for me to leave the country to get therapy. So I'm gonna attempt doing it by myself.
@martin has posted about accommodation exercises. I'm gonna buy an accommodative flipper to do those exercises. But I don't know what lens powers I should buy/use. My googling shows that usually a +2/-2D pair or a +1/-1D pair is used. Any idea?

For phase 1: from +1.50 D to -3.00 D in 0.50 D increments
For phase 2: from +2.00 D to -6.00 D in 0.50 D increments
