Odd. I have no problems using my new iPhone 14. No brain fog, strain or headache. Enjoying it so far!

Lauda89 iPhone 7 was my last phone. For a short while, I used OnePlus 6 it was also fine.

Strange how much it varies from person to person.

Infinite But did you try other iPhones in the middle that were not okay? Because I can use the iPhone 6S and iPhone X. I tried 13pro and 14 pro but they weren't ok! I could try the 14 too..

I have also to change my iPad because I am stuck with the air 2! I tried the iPad pro 10.5" and I had to return it! A lot of stress 😃

Lauda89 Yea, it's unfortunate. I'm trying to get a Macbook right now that'll work for me but I have not found one yet. I ordered an M2 Air today. I should have it by Tuesday so I will update you if you want to hear more bout it.

14 pro was not OK in the end, but it was better than the 14 and previous models for me. With the 14 pro the headache creeps in after about 10 mins, which I think is pretty long for sensitive eyes of mine, but ofc it is not good enough for normal use.

Guess I’ll continue to wait then.

[deleted] did you try 10 mate pro. It is a near perfect device for me although it is 4 y old. Just saying.

Vaggbaba then it must be configured differently somehow because the PWM is not the same on those two devices.

I can use the Mi11 all day without any problems, couldn't last an hour with the 11 Ultra

markdotpeters5 Can you tell me if the settings were the same? Such as anti-flickering, resolution, refresh rate? I found that anti- flickering is cause me more fatigue.

gety9 it’s still great, I would definitely recommend it. Pretty much the only OLED phone I can use now.

Thanks to everyone who has replied. Ive found the 14 to be unusable even in the store. its annoying Apple isn't letting 100% brightness be DC dimming with the newer phones.

MTNEYE Hi did you replace your 12 mini oled panel with an incell LCD panel? How is the quality of the screen and did it still cause any strain? I am thinking about buying a 12 pro and replacing its screen with an lcd panel from ifixit but this might be an expensive trial.

MattG Hey how is your iPhone 12 Pro Max with the LCD screen replacement? Does it cause any strain or is it still as good as your XR? Can you help me a little bit about how you went about replacing your panel and where you were able to find it? Thanks.

I came across this site today. My iPhone 11 is failing, so I was browsing the web.

I went to Verizon today, took a slow mo of each iPhone 14 (10 seconds each). So roughly 30-60 seconds looking at the 3 of them. I could barely walk out of the store and drive home. My eyes felt full of pressure, my face got hot, I was nauseous, headache.
