ZenXLaika The older you get the more aches and pains you will get. The eyes are no different. When you get to your 40s-50s you will have a harder time focusing on text at a close range, and this is something that happens to everyone. There is no cure for any of our problems. The only thing we can do is look for things that help them out. In the case of reading, it's reading glasses. Other things too especially nutrition. So look for the things you can do that is within your ability to do so, rather than focusing on other people who you feel let you down. What good does that do? There is no time machine. Face forward where possible.
I have tons of trauma, don't sleep properly, and my family sucked. I do understand.
