"We use to call our problems "eyesstrain" but i think the main problem is not in our eyes. Where is it? I do not know - maybe brain, maybe vascular system, maybe somewhere else."
If you had trauma as a child, either prolonged or even once off and intense, your brain changes and can no longer relax, so it lives in constant 'danger mode'. The side effect is that your CNS begins misbehaving, interpreting various PNS signals as pain that it should not - for me gentle touch makes my arm and shoulder hurt and go numb, for others it is tinnitus, in other cases it affects visual stimulus - LED strain is very common. It gets diagnosed as a hundred different things by 'regular doctors' most commonly being Fibromyalgia, PTSD, Ettienne Barre Virus or ME. (I am not a medical expert so confirm what I am saying with your own research please.)
