Thanks everybody for sharing, I have news: I tried many things at once and I have to say there were important improvements, today I was able to work on my notebook for 2 hours without any problems. Here's what I did: first downloaded the latest version of the nvidia control panel driver on the website, then upgraded the BIOS trought windows update (it was a notification that appeared suddenly). Last changed screen settings through the AMD Radeon software. Lowered the resolution to 1280x1024, brightness to -25 and contrast to 85. Plus I changed the theme color of windows from bright to dark. It helped a lot as I said. Compared to previous days when I felt like going to die in a short time I have difficulty in believing it. There are still some problem tough:
With the lower resolution it comes a little window of working, practically I'm not using the entire screen like before, there space between the window and the border of the screen like 5 cms (5 cms black from the border of the screen to the border of the working windows, for right and left borders). This is troublesome for me, I payed the entire screen.
Most important I think these improvements won't last much long, it's a feeling, maybe coming fro the trauma of these days but I can't do nothing on it. Sorry for the wall of text I just wanted to share in detail what really helped me (today at least, next days will be crucial).
