One question about "your" video. The flicker appears "diagonal" without DC dimming. Is that just because of how the video was taken, from a side with a certain angle? Also, the flicker looks to me like the effect of a refresh rate in CRT monitors. I thought PWM would not give horizontal (here diagonal?) lines shifting vertically, but it were more of a pulsing of brightness in and out of the screen. I probably did not explain myself well enough, but hopefully you get what I mean.
