Recently I have not followed this thread closely. Reading here and there, I understand that Android 10 may have solved some issues. Is that confirmed by multiple users?
Here is the phone I have been using for a few months.
Oukitel C15 Pro
If you are desperate and you are considering a temporary and cheap solution, you may give it a go. It is not a great phone to be honest (especially the camera sucks). I can use it with bearable strain. Maybe because of the IPS panel and the low resolution?
Oukitel has equipped the C15 Pro with a 6.0-inch LCD panel that operates natively at 1,280x600 with a 19.2:9 aspect ratio. This gives the screen a pixel density of less than 300 PPI, which will look blurry compared to most modern displays. Individual pixels are noticeable, which may frustrate some potential buyers.
According to the testers, it does not use PWM. However, sometimes there are fluctuations of the brightness. Not sure whether it is a problem of my display only or if it is the software which tries to adjust the brightness to the environment!?! (I deactivated the auto adjusting function).
You could also try more advanced (and expensive) models of the same brand. They all seem to mount IPS panels.
