ok, that is fine, if your problem is Led. But please do not assume that others are the same. I have zero problems with a Led that does not flicker.
But the idea though that the omission of IR light with LEDs is interesting and I find it plausible for those who have the problem. But also in general I think lights should be as natural as possible, so the light spectrum should contain IR too. But the light after sunset is lacking IR and is mostly blue and much stronger than a smartphone at low brightness, so this makes me wonder why the light after sunset or moonlight does not seem to cause problems for people with Led sensitivity.
I use IR bulbs for photobiomodulattion (www.saunaspace.com) so maybe you could try to put an IR bulb and a non flickering LED together and see if the LED is then tolerable, when it is acompanied by and IR source. Not that it would resolve the issue, but at least you could test whether it is the missing IR component that causes the problem.
I personally think that LED lights are a terrible idea in general, exactly because the light spectrum is not like from the sun and is missing the IR, but still I get no noticeable issues with non-flickering LEDs.
