I had another migraine attack at the weekend , I felt mostly ok yesterday but even with a few seconds use now the SE2020 makes me dizzy and gives me a head pressure headache sensation, even with very limited use my symptoms persist, its similar to how the Motorola phones were affecting me, I can only assume this is PWM at a very high frequency I cant detect with another camera or dithering by the gpu of the device.
Iphone 8 is totally fine for me to use, I had hoped that due to the similarities this would be ok but it must be differences that the newer A13 chip setup uses. I've even got the SE on airplane mode with all wireless / radios turned off and a sticker over the IR / brightness sensor so its the screen / presentation of the graphics thats causing my issue. Tried all accessibility settings, reduce motion/transparancy and raised the reduce white point setting and even put a color filter on but not being color blind it just made red and green look odd although the 'tritanopia' setting was less harsh on the color change but still not being colorblind I dont think this will help me.
I can feel it in my head now, the uneasy sensation, almost spinning with pressure and its starting to hurt on the left side.
In the past 9 days I've had 3 without migraine / post migraine headache. While my initial migraine was before I used the SE I have used it briefly inbetween and things havent gotten better, I guess I will have to try and return it.
I can only hope that as this was also a 2nd hand device / refurbished device there is a issue with the screen /hardware perhaps so in future I may try to purchase another to test.
All in I'm not very happy with this outcome.
