Windows 11 Colors Make Me Dizzy, Even on VM
Why did you decide that problem is "colors"?

tfouto Try force uninstalling the update.
Apologies for missing these answers. I was thinking it’s colors because after trying everything else, it seems like the vibrant colors of windows 11 is making me ill. Or it’s the contrast. I changed screens, tried across machines, adjusted so many items this was the last consistent item I could think of… that one of the color combos is causing issues.
not sure if that is the case, but seems odd that the VM running Win 11 is problematic but the actual Wind 10 machine running the VM is not.
I would try the uninstall but it’s a work VM.
I tried those aspects but for some reason I can’t figure out Windows 11 makes me sick (motion sick) even on a VM while Windows 10 is fine.
Any ideas what is visually different about Windows 11 versus 10 and how to turn it off
Which version of win 11 do you use? if 22h2 - that means that you have such symptoms as me. Try to find info on these forums, I made a few topics. Spoiler: there is no solution. and no explanation of this
arturpanteleev I am using 21H2 and have used other versions… been all over the forum but no such luck yet in resolving the symptoms.
arturpanteleev for your issue, have you adjusted the color filters or contrast as stated here?

Something interesting. I went onto my Windows 10 and turned on High Contrast… and it triggered my symptoms. Turned it off and I felt better.
In Windows 11 these are called “Contrast Themes” and can be set to none. I also removed the Windows Theme (set to solid color). It will take a few days to a week to recover before testing again
Dizzy i tried. But nothing helps me. Excepts night shift(but only windows before 22h2)
arturpanteleev What about setting the Theme to a solid color background? Maybe the Windows Themes are doing more than what it appears?
