In quest of finding out the cause & probable solution to my issue can someone please tell why I am able to look at only eink, Projector Screens comfortably.

My current device's are Hisense A5 pro cc, Dasung 13 Hdft, Epson ef 12 projector.

Apart from them any other screen causes me eye strain, inflammation, dry eyes , headache even for small period of times.

I don't have an medically history aswell.

Earlier I was comfortable with all digital devices but their prolonged use has led me to this.

Why my eyes are resistant to these digital screens?

    arunt363 Do you use the Epson ef 12 projector as a monitor (up close) or as a TV?

    Eink doesnt suprise me, its not LCD theres no flickering, etc… its closest to like looking at a book.

      IMO. Epson protectors are the most stable picture you’re going to get for a TV or monitor. I always turn off 4K as it flips the mirrors quickly to produce the image. I also turn off any HDR stuff. Use rec.709 only.
