Hello everyone! I am a programmer, and some time ago I began experiencing eyestrain from using my M1 MacBook.
Even after switching to an 2012 iMac, the issue persisted.
Recently, a doctor friend recommended some physical exercises to me, specifically for the neck, which have been incredibly beneficial. In essence, a majority of people have low levels of physical activity, leading to issues with the neck and osteochondrosis. This can also result in headaches due to restricted blood flow between the brain and heart caused by osteochondrosis, leading to increased pressure in the head. Additionally, the eyes can experience stress as they require good blood flow.
Since starting these exercises, all my problems have disappeared.
The doctor speaks in Russian, so make sure to enable subtitles for the video. It is crucial to follow the correct technique for the exercises. Learn the exercise techniques rigorously and ensure to practice them at least once a day. When I began, I did them twice a day.
It is also crucial to stay active. Aim to walk at least 10 kilometers every day, with more being even better. It's not just about moving throughout the day (from your chair to the kitchen or supermarket and back), but specifically dedicating time to walk continuously, such as in the park for at least one hour. Combining these physical exercises with regular walking leads to a happier and healthier lifestyle. Give it a try!
I am now taking further steps towards better health. I have eliminated all sugar and refined carbs from my diet and am currently trying the keto diet, which has me feeling good. Stay healthy!
Now I have no issues at all with any of my monitors 🙂 I hope it can help somebody.
