JTL Confirmed by multiple sources, also this review is funny. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzEfiLkzrl0&t=250 On a sidenote: been meaning to go try out a recent LG OLED TV in a store, use my phone (LG V20) with it's IR blaster to control the brightness and use DSLR to check for PWM.
vince Unfortunately I have all the symptoms using the iPhone X. There's already a thread on macosrumors about iPhone X eye strain. I use a 6s with no issues.
JTL https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/eye-strain-while-using-iphone-x.2085427/page-13 I should go post there later.
degen Lol at the people in that thread who are crushed they have to settle for an iPhone 8+ over the X. I'm really surprised though, after making the effort to remove PWM from most if not all of their products they let it slip in the X. I know Samsung is making the screen but still.
degen This blew up. The amount of disinformation in the comments is insane. The Apple Hive coming to White Knight their corporate masters with cries of "You're just a hypochondriac" is itself nausea inducing. I'd love to ditch Apple but ironically the iPhone 7 Plus is one of my best devices, and at times it feels on par with my PC. https://www.reddit.com/r/apple/comments/7uv6m3/iphone_x_uses_pulse_width_modulation_which_is_a/
