Extra Dim on Android an Option?

Anyone using their screen at high brightness on Android and then using Extra Dim to lower the brightness as you please?

Seems like this will quite eliminate PWM flickering on OLED smartphones?

I am testing the Moto Edge now. PWM isn't bad at all when brightness is high and then Extra Dim can take down the brightness without adding more PWM.

When I say PWM isn't bad, I'm referring to using a video camera to check, using the video option rather than camera.

I don't yet know how this device works for me because I haven't tried it long enough, but I want to ask if you have had success using Extra Dim with OLED Android phones.

My OLED PWM is fine. I usually have it around the 40-60% mark. In the dark I will use a dimmer app to put an overlay on top.

Sunspark You find OLED phones as comfortable as LCD?

Also, does using OLED screens make you more sensitive to LCD screens? I am looking at a VA screen now and while trying to read text am noticing it now looks like it has some kind of PWM except of a sort that is noticeable. I know my mind is playing tricks on me because it's a flicker-free screen and I don't recall the same effects until after using the OLED for the first time.
