Phones I can use any OLED device that's lollipop or before forever with no issues. Haven't found an LED backlit phone I can use comfortably nor any android OS after lollipop or any of apples iOS. Current phone is an LG Flex 2
TV's the only LED backlit one I've found I can use is a 2015 65" 4k Sony Bravia (can't remember the exact model it is) that uses a variation of lollipop as its OS. I haven't come across a CCFL backlit, plasma or CRT TV that was uncomfortable
My monitors I have a fair amount all CCFL I find I can use any TN CCFL backlit monitor so long as it's not the last lot of "eco friendly" two bulb monitors. I haven't found a comfortable LED backlit monitor yet. Currently trying out an e-IPS (the first e-ips released iirc) Dell 2209WA and I'm finding it not very comfortable. The monitor I usually use is a Benq G2420HD. Should have bought a bunch of them before they were discontinued but I didn't realise this was going to be such an issue back in 2011
GPU's I've found I can't use any of the Nvidia 10xx series but I have been okay with al the older ones I've tried as long as the drivers are below 362.xx (Multiple releases of the 460, 650, 740, 750) the early MSI 970 is the only 9xx series I've tried and I was fine with that - Can't use any Intel comfortably since the GMA HD and I'm not sure about AMD
Haven't come across a comfortable laptop since they stopped using CCFL backlit screens. The lower PWM ones like the Thinkpad t61 etc. were still pretty bad even though they were CCFL
Any console PS3 and before is fine but I haven't tried the PS4 and Xbox one. PSP, DS lite and DSi don't bother me either and I believe all of those are LED backlit. Vita was also comfortable. 3DS (original and new) however are painful.
I also stick to halogen bulbs as LED ones seem to bother me mostly.
