I've been struggling with eye strain for the last couple years. I tried too many different laptops (windows/MacOS) and couldn't find what works
Luckily my work's laptop has been working great, I used it for prolonged hours without any struggle since 2021. I did a mistake last week and clicked on "Check For Updates", it was never clicked before and new updates got installed. Now I cannot use the laptop for over an hour, I get brain fogs, I feel dizzy and get headache after. I can't do my work properly after this change. I ran to IT that day to see if I can reverse it, unfortunately there wasn't any options to unenroll or uninstall the updates.
IT guy told me that this wasn't supposed to be clicked as updates get sent by our company directly (our own software) and laptop installs them automatically. But Windows Update aren't part of it.

Is there any way to get my laptop back as it was? Which driver is suspected to cause this?
