Donux Inadequate sleep makes one more vulnerable, yes.
Anyway, I have only LCD screens now and I am quite fine. OLED causes problems for up to 20% of the population even going by official, mainstream sources. It must be higher than that because just about no one thinks about these things.
We need simpler screens using LCD technology, not OLED. OLED gives you "billions of colors" like that's a big plus. It's not. When I want rich color I go into the real world. A screen is for getting work done, not for replacing natural creation.
Some of you have already gone off the deep end into a Luciferian prison, and now you are complaining about side-effects.
I suggest getting a Moto G from Amazon. You have 30 days to return it, no questions asked. I love the comfort of my Moto G.
For repairing the body, I'm really finding helpful CBD and CBN. I take a CBN:CBD product and also a pure CBD product. This helps me sleep longer and easier so that I am properly refreshed. I would avoid THC.
There is something about cannabinoids that uniquely helps the body, hence we have cannabinoid receptors, and the plants grow like weeds.
The smartphones are a beautiful thing, but in moderation. The latest and greatest smartphone technology likely is to cause side-effects, which is exactly what we see. Those with more humility choose low end LCD products, and they have much better results in terms how their eyes and brain tolerate the screens.
The Moto G even includes a headphone jack.
We had none of this technology until very recently. Now you have people expecting to be able to use the latest OLED tech without any effects. It's silly. Be more wary about unnatural things that don't exist in the natural, divinely created world.
Also, not only the screen can cause issues but just using a smartphone too much with all the RF emissions is going to cause damages to your eyes and brain. It's not the same as a desktop workstation with a wired connection like I use most of the time. Try a low end product with an LCD screen, and use it more sparingly.
Lower end Moto G is gentle on the eyes. Those finding issues with lower end Moto G LCD models have bigger problems just about no screen is going to address. Also, try LCDs using FL Rose glasses. They really do make a difference for many. I haven't yet tried them, but I've read a number of convincing anecdotes.
