Sunspark The A70 at or above 50% brightness looks like the Moto Edge with DC dimming. The S25 shouldn't be used by anyone even if they don't have immediate symptoms because that is bound to cause problems over time for most anyone. That waveform as you call it is what you might use if you wanted to subconsciously torture someone.
People checking a phone for a few minutes here and there, then doing other things, and then going back to the phone for a few minutes could take quite a while before they connect the dots and realize the phone is causing them damages, especially if everything about the S25 communicates to the end user that it is an ultra-premium device providing the best available user experience (for which they paid top dollar).

Messing with the eyes and brain is no joke because you can end up creating allergies to screens in general.
Moto G 2025 has DC dimming and no dithering. The maximum modulation is only about 5%. That is about 4X less than the modulation of something like Moto Edge with flicker prevention enabled and brightness at 100%. Some may not immediately notice the difference, but over time the eyes and brain are bound to benefit. I have encountered a number of cases where a phone seems fine for a week or two, but then becomes intolerable. At that point the brain says, "No more," and the phone needs to be sold or discarded.
Here's another anecdote I read:
I have the exact same story as you. I had an iphone 14 pro for 2 years, and now the s25 ultra has done to me the same things as you are describing over a few months of use. It unlocked this sensitivity which unfortunately with time made me also sensitive to the iphone 14 pro, and to any flickering screen with low PWM. I don't touch the s25 ultra anymore. And I use the iphone 14 pro only sporadically when i HAVE to, or the dizziness and brain fog gets triggered. I got a cheap Moto g55, it is ips lcd and flicker free. Doesn't cause issues, but now we have no choice but to limit our daily screen time massively, and take screen breaks. Replace all your screens with flicker free screens and preferably ips lcd.
And:
I know my main issue is pwm as I’ve tried probably 20 plus devices with Oled screens covering pwm rates of all frequencies and rates etc and all caused the exact same symptoms. Symptoms I do not get from flicker free lcd. Same happens with pwm controlled bulbs, swapped the bulbs in my house and instantly noticed change.
