If one absolutely has to use this or another similar type camera, I think the potential solutions are:
- Try using a loupe for the LCD display as your viewfinder instead of the OLED viewfinder.
- Use some portable monitor you find comfortable connected to the HDMI output of these cameras.
- Go into settings for the device and if available, adjust the refresh rate and/or size of the image that is displayed in the viewfinder. Try the setting for shrinking the image that is displayed and be mindful of extreme brightness settings. Some newer viewfinder OLEDs can reach 4000 nits.
Certain other devices use tiny LCD viewfinders with field sequential color technology and people report strain from the sequential display of RGB colors.
Otherwise, avoid modern cameras and go back to devices with optical viewfinders.
