When you use the string, and focus your eyes on one of the beads, does the string cross right at the entrance to the bead, or in front of it, or behind? Is it any different for the bead closest to your eyes (can pull it to 10cm) as opposed to the bead farthest (can be 50cm or more)?
ryans I will be doing all the exercises until I get no strain at all - thats how I find where to progress. If some exercise is painful I do it until it isnt, then progress to the harder version etc. Pain in these exercises is good - means youre actually tapping into the problem. When done properly, not too long each day and progressively, it works.
