I predict that prolonged exposure will result in roughly 10% of the population having light issues. That's based on an educated guess from much reading on the subject. The number might be as low as 5% or as high as 15%, but it will eventually be large enough to force governments to take action.
I will never have an LED bulb in my house. It's bad enough that I can't get a car without them now... and I will only use the older "warm" style of CCFL if absolutely necessary. I use soft white incandescent and bright halogen exclusively.
