Ok, so I switched my desktop to FULL yesterday because my laptop is set to FULL so I figured why not? and now I think this is why I have / had a migraine. Fairly sure im now in a post migraine phase where everything is terrible (I hope) my migraine medication didnt really did much though and no, its not 'just a headache' unfortunately I've had to learn to function while having migraines so at this point im used to it somewhat.
ANYWAY! - 'limited' RGB, this 'dulls' the colors much like IOS 'reduce white point' in my opinion, it seems to take the 'edge' off the colours.
I read a bit into it and theres youtube video that shows it side by side: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JPtFfTIoTuI Ok there are loads of other examples but thats the one I saw.
Apparetely monitors would default to limited instead of full - maybe thats what 'changed' in 2015ish or whenever people started to be affected by stuff like this, a sudden shift in color representation. Its almost like the colors hurt some people and its probable that dithering is used to achieve the 'full' range.
Im going back to limited and will hope this helps me.
