For me one thing I've narrowed down that helps and hurts is how clear/matte the screen is. My low-haze HP is significantly better on my eyes versus either of my matte screens, no matter what settings I use on the matte screens to try to improve them. It's not just the eyes either, it's how I feel on the low-haze screen, which is more relaxed and comfortable in general. The matte screens are causing my body to tense up. The eyes are connected directly to the brain, so this isn't too strange.
Any user experiences here with glossy Dell screens?
