  • Mahdi Hey, I had the same problem, and found out that a Smart phone with LED or OLED display with an added privacy-screen protector removes all head-pain inducing radiation. Try that out!

  • Hi, I haven't used smart phones ever, but recently 2 months ago I started since some apps are necessary. However, I consider going back to dumbphones after all the problems I got for the Xiaomi Redmi A3.

I got immediately swollen eyeballs, and problems with blurred vision, which I have never had in my life before. So I consulted Chatgpt, who advised to get a Mororola E13, which has LED technology. I notice that it is far better than Xiaomi, however, I still struggle a little bit with it.

I wonder if anyone has had the same problem with any smartphone and found a better solution?

I ordered a anti-peep screen protector, which should have some light-deflecting properties, however it has not arrived yet.

    Any good suggestions welcome!

    Thanks
