degen I'd like to try that, but for now I have only one internal SSD, on which I have 20H2, because I need it for Adobe Premiere (it won't install on LTSB), and I tried installing 2015LTSB on a external USB SSD, via WinToUSB. I don't see any option to inject some drivers. Maybe if I can find a spare m.2. Thanks for the help!

That is only if you want to install it on local meda. On external drives, the official setup does not allow it. So I am using a program called WinToUSB, which preinstalls the windows up to the first reboot. And I cannot install in on my main drive, because I need it for work, and there are apps that require the latest builds.
Alyosha2001 Virtual machine is an option.
degen I've reverted my desktop Intel drivers to the version you noted above, 22.20.16.4836, and will try that for a bit to see how it feels. I think I was on a 21xxx version before Windows auto-updated me to 27.20.100.8682. I've never LOVED any display setup on this machine and think I'll probably just add an old Nvidia card to it eventually and/or revert it back to 2015 LTSB to try that out (currently I'm on 2004).
One question: should I be leaving all the Intel graphics settings at default? I think I read someone somewhere that was saying once you try using the drivers for color/gamma correction or any of that, that engages the advanced drivers features like dithering et al.
Hey everyone,
I had not been feeling well, but now I am a little better and I hope to be active on the forums again. Glad to see lots of active discussions and I hope to engage with you all soon,
degen
And now, after working one week and 2 days after vacation, I've had zero eye strain with the above combination. BUT - just had a 1.5h teams video call and my eyes are bloodshot. Before vacation I had no problems with teams video with this computer. Now my eyes are again bloodshot. There was some updates obviously.

In regular use:
- Sun Vision Display monitor
- Dell Inspiron 7577 (not good for over 1-2 hours, but it’s the best laptop I have)
- iPhone SE 2020 — this tiny phone is the best device I have!
Trialing:
- Galaxy Tab A8 2022 — feel good about it, but need more testing. When my eyes are well, it is tolerable. More so than iPad. I think they forgot to install color calibration related eyestrain
Used less:
- Onyx Mira Pro — A great device, but I enjoy using the Sun Vision Display very much
- BenQ EW3270U — I thought this monitor was the cat’s meow. But now that I have the Sun Vision Display I feel the strain here quite quickly
Undecided:
- Possibly a Mac to try Ashai Linux (which has no GPU driver, potentially eliminating a source of strain)
Thanks for the update! maybe we need a group demo sunvision display we can ship around the US for folks to test
(benq ewxx never worked well for me. )
degen iphone se 2020 is also the best modern screen i have by far!
degen been using a tab A8 for months and I love it
degen Hi,
I too have HD530
Setup: Win 1507
GPU: HD 530, 10.18.15.4279, driver updates disabled
Display: asus- va249-he . it's an eye care certified 8-bit VA monitor. brightness 46% , contrast 80%, no color profile availble , 32 bit color
Ditherig installed("disable all dithering functions")
Chrome : hardware accelration disabled
Chrome extension dark read installed , to set dark mode when needed and control brightness
No blue light filtering in software or display.
It's decent but still somewhat annoying sometimes
Is there something more than could be done to improve the situation ? What is your best setup with the HD530 ?
