Gurm Interesting...
At the link I posted above I read
Refresh rate(s) 60Hz, 48Hz
But then in other two websites I found
600 Hz Sub-field Drive Yes (http://shop.panasonic.com/support-only/TC-P42X3.html)
and
600Hz Sub-field Drive: 600Hz technology lets you view superb full-HD motion and still images with 1080 lines of resolution. The 600Hz Sub-field Drive produces crisp, focused images for sports, dramatic action, and all other fast-moving scenes. Your full-HD movies and games will look clearer and sharper. For even greater clarity with motion images, Panasonic uses its own unique image-analysis technology (know as Cinema Mode). This technology converts the motion in each scene into data. And each frame is practically displayed for a shorter length of time than in previous systems, to reduce aftereffects. So I should expect a flickering of 600 Hz?
I was offered that TV used for less than 100 USD. Maybe I should give it a go...in the worst case it will be 60 lbs to the 3rd floor and down...
