@bkdo @Quad43 Do your glasses help against harsh LED lighting as well, assuming you are sensitive to that too?
Unfortunately, it is getting more and more challenging for me at work. I have to spend considerable time under super bright LEDs that were mounted on a too low ceiling. The light is blinding and very white, and there is definitely flicker. I feel sick, beyond eyestrain and neck pain. My brain is slowed down and my balance is affected too. I noticed that my symptoms aggravated as soon as the room got filled with more and more stainless steel equipment with reflective surfaces. I need at least to try to filter out the most harmful wavelengths. However, I am concerned that standard glasses would not suffice. I probably need goggles similar to the safety goggles used for high power laser applications. I am a bit hesitant as to which product to go for, as I am overseas, I incur high shipping fees and have no chance to use the return policy. Any insight on a product that looks more like goggles then glasses? I contacted Avulux and they only have a Fit Over model, which does not look ideal. Thanks.
