Is this PMW, Dithering or simply Led effect in a MacBook Air M3? I've just bought it and checking with the camera exposure (better open Photo 3, screenshot), this is the result:

I'm using StillColor, Iristech and TinkerTool.

    bluetail I wonder if that's why lcds can be bad. When I look through a cam of my se 2020 (no longer use) I see lots of that but I don't with the Xperia z5 premium. Maybe it's due to the 806ppi 🤔

      jordan nope. Things looking bad on camera isn't the same as looking with the eye on it.
      Moreover, many prefer LCD over OLED because LCD still got polarizer and filters all the time.
      I still use TN because it is better for the eyes in my opinion
      I use XL2546K and the effect you describe - of course it's there. But these are the most comfortable displays so far I know of.
