Great news for you! I have seen others mention symptoms just stopped after a while and always hoped powering through would solve it for me as well, but nope. Maybe I am not giving it long enough? I usually try a device for a few days or a week and the symptoms compound so I give up and go back to the old "safe" laptop. Maybe I should force myself to use something painful for longer, but it is so miserable with headaches etc.
I also had similar experiences with Apple support years ago before I gave up on them. They will never reply in writing with details, do it all on the phone, and don't call back hald the time they claim they will. This was even Executive Relations or whatever it's called. I won't ever buy another Apple device as a result of my experiences...well unless for some magical reason they were usable without strain and nothing else was, then I'd put principal aside for function. Denials, lawuits, admissions, repair programs that didn't repair, and years of money and functionality wasted. I was so happy to find linux and the freedom of hardware...then this strain stuff hit and I feel I cannot use ANYTHING anymore.
