Quad43 this one seems really interesting. has benefits on the Eyes and gut together

Also I've been using blue light glasses by Ocushield.... and despite me at first being sceptical, they massively help. Any thougths as to why?

I don't doubt that it works, just be careful: Coal can be carcinogenic; Terrahydrite is a made up name and doesn't tell you what's actually in it; it mentions probiotics but never says which ones. I strongly suspect you'd get the same results with a high quality activated charcoal and one of the more psychoactive probiotics like lactobacillus rhamnosus or Bifidobacterium longum BB536.

Its also worth keeping in mind that just because it helps, doesn't mean its not harmful.
