Small update: I am testing the latanoprost with the gaming computer (13700K + 4070 + W11 23H2) and there is a reduction in symptoms quite evident. On Sunday I played 4/5 hours over the course of the day. Normally after 30/40 minutes I have to use eye patch to avoid migraine.

Unfortunately, my left eye does not accept this medication. But still my dominant eye is the right one and the reduction of symptoms is present even using one drop a day only on the right eye.

    Update on my end:

I've been using the drops for about 12 days now. Thankfully, no real side effects. I've started using my wife's iPhone 15 about 30 mins a day, and I'm noticing that it doesn't hurt as much. Could be placebo though, so I'm going to do a longer test session.

    Lauda89

That's awesome! Congrats 😃 I hope the drops keeps working for you.

Zodios I replaced my eink smartphone with an lcd one. I started noticing that during this 1 month trial, my head felt more overwhelmed, the lights became a problem. Like I had something squeezing my temples and forehead.

These digital lights are definitely causing me vision problems, my eyes feel sore too. This also causes me problems driving at night, now that all the cars are moving Christmas treesI saw these https://www.theraspecs.com/night-driving/

What can we do about this?

Out of curiosity, what was the reason you replaced it? Too old, or you wanted colour?

Sunspark Just to try the lcd screens again. I already have a colored one (Hisense a5 pro cc)

I found the lcd very good because of the easy navigation and use of maps. With the color eink one you don't have great usability, but more or less you can do it. Also, lately, I noticed something when looking in the mirror. My pupils contract and expand intermittently. Why does this happen I ask my self.

      Any new observations for latanoprost?

bisk89, did you measure your IOP before and after treatment?

These drops could take up to 4 weeks to give you a noticeable effect

Lauda89 There is also a supplement that has an evident influence on eye pressure.

Mirtogenol could lower your IOP after 3 months of usage. And there are no side effects were found. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC2447819/

You could try it if Latanoprost causes problems.

There is also research that showed that a combination of Latanoprost and Mirtogenol has better efficiency than Latanoprost solely. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20505841/

Just started the drops. Fingers crossed!

19 hours ago, I used Latanoprost for the first time. Today, my eyes feel much better - there’s no sensation of pressure, and no pain at all. They feel kind of "wet," but in a good, refreshing way. For reference, my IOP was just 11 before I started the drops.

I haven’t used any PWM devices yet. I plan to try them on day 3, as that’s when Latanoprost should be fully effective.

@Zodios @Lauda89 by the way, I wanted to ask, do you have any found intracranial pressure problems? Is anything abnormal on the brain MRI/CT/Eco-EG?

Ivan_P I ordered the supplement! I will give you a feedback in a month 😉

Ivan_P I had a head MRI and an EEG! Of course I am the healthiest person in the world!

Zodios changed the title to ✌️ Cause of my Temporal Dithering LED eye strain and an effective treatment .

Ivan_P I never do intracranial pressure measurement.

Just do MRI (it is ok) and duplex ultrasound for the neck arteries and veins (have small stenosis due to neck craniocervical instability)
