Hi all, I've got fairly severe temporal dithering sensitivity that started when I purchased a Macbook back in January 2012 and I have been working on solutions ever since to my continual migraines, swirling nausea and photosensitivity.
I've had a working setup now for a long time which consists of:
Dell XPS15 9560
Windows 10 version 1511
Nvidia and Intel display adapters disabled in Device Manager
Ditherig.exe running
With this setup I can work for a full day quite happily. I still have to be careful not to use my laptop late at night and to take regular breaks but for me it's working nicely.
So yesterday I decided to upgrade to Windows 10 version 1909, to see if I can use it - I'd love to update my Adobe applications as they no longer support 1511. Since I'm self-isolating (the joys of COVID-19 amongst my friends) I figured I'd have time to properly try options. I left all drivers enabled, like a 'normal user'. I worked away and played games in the evening, like I used to before all this began. The screen was a little difficult to focus on but I felt fine.
Today (whilst not using the computer) I have had 4 overwhelming experiences where I have felt an extremely strong sense of deja-vu, followed by intense nausea and an incredibly 'surreal' feeling, almost like watching a scene that I've seen before multiple times, along with very high anxiety and feeling very distant.
After doing some research this sounds a bit like a 'focal aware seizure' in temporal lobe epilepsy - does anyone else have any experience of this relating to temporal dithering?

Sadly I'm not risking any more so have reverted to version 1511 without further testing, but I feel like I have a lead to follow up on which is rare in this eternal quest of ours...!
