Bought an HP Omen G-Sync laptop based on recent discussions on this forum (special thanks to @si_edgey and @highradio)
Went into Omen Command center. Switched to discrete graphics.
Consequently - still plenty of eye strain when looking at the screen, browsing the web,, etc. Eye strain, brain fog dizziness start within 10-15 seconds.
HOWEVER, can play Witcher 3 for 10 hours straight with NO eye strain.
What settings can I fiddle with to make the laptop be eye-strain free across the board (not just in gaming)?
My current assumption is that even though in the Omen Command Center it says that the laptop is using Discrete graphics it, it probably isn't? Although it could certainly be something else.
What do I do, where do I click? Advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm also borderline computer-illiterate, so assume you're explaining it to a 10 year old.
P.S. The laptop in question is this one
The description says it's GeForce RTX 2070, but it's actually GeForce RTX 2070 Super Max Q - if that matters.
